Yes, the 00Z GFS and ECM seem rather to have swapped places, with the
GFS now bringing in zonality and the ECM not.
Having said that - the EC appears to drag relatively warm air off the
continent to what we might expect from such an ESE'ly:

Wouldn't that depend on what the surface temperatures are at that
particular time - with little influence from the sun temeratures could
be at or close to freezing at ground level - and not particularly
pleasant right on the coast?
