Default [WR] 03/1030Z JAN2011 -RASN West Moors/E.Dorset
... (03/0910Z JAN 2011): little change - a very few 'flakes' melting
snow (about 2 or 3 per minute) with no impact surfaces/visibility -
latter is excellent. OAT= +1.7°C // DP= -1.9°C.

.... (03/1030Z JAN2011): OAT= +2.5°C (going up!, despite breeze coming
from the land) // DP= -1.6°C; a few flakes as above, BKN SC OVC AS.
