Default [WR] 03/1145Z JAN2011 RE-RASN West Moors/E.Dorset
... (03/1030Z JAN2011): OAT= +2.5°C (going up!, despite breeze coming
from the land) // DP= -1.6°C; a few flakes as above, BKN SC OVC AS.

.... (03/1145Z JAN2011): OAT= +3.5°C // DP= -1.0°C; not sure when the
very slight PPN ceased, certainly nothing falling by 1115Z and it may
have given up well before then. Cloud base higher/cloud thinner (BKN SC
under BKN AC).
