On reflection, it's interesting that what he's saying there, apparently
actually written on the 29th though not put on his website till the 6th,
doesn't seem to agree with what he was reported as saying on Radio 5
Live. So I imagine that there must have been developments in the interim
(the forecast of a SSW?) which have changed his mind.
