There was 0.2mm of rain in neighbouring Teignmouth yesterday, in one
shower. I am becoming desperate for rain, as I'm loath to use
expensive tapwater for watering the garden. More rain moving off the
French coast ATM. I won't hold my breath............
Looking at the radar over the past few days, I'm surprised
you've missed out so much. Especially as given an easterly
and you being right on the coast, you'd be quite exposed to
any rainfall going.

I'm surprised too, Col. With the forecast and the radar, I've been
expecting some of the showers to affect us, but there's hardly been a
drop. It's very disappointing, but that's the nature of these showers.
Rain in East Devon and Exeter. Rain in Plymouth. Plenty of rain
further west. Sod-all in Dawlish. I'm enjoying the sunshine, yet
again, this morning though. There are compensations!
