Default uninspiring long range outlook

Mind you I wouldn't necessarily fully trust the 16-30 as it's been
wrong before. Too early to write off July just yet. It would be
remarkable though if we had yet another year with a good spring and
rubbish summer, it would almost seem like some pattern is setting in,
with, for some reason, a strong tendency for the jet stream to go
south in the summer months just when it's least wanted...
