From the rainfall radar, there seems to be plenty of heavy rain around
on the high ground of Cornwall and North Devon this afternoon, looks
somewhat of a risk of flooding in places but no mention of this on the
Met office website and no warnings are out.

Perhaps I am mis-reading the signs but it does look ominous for some
places.
