Should have looked at the radar, not the forecast, looked a dead cert.....

I did Phil, at about 10 am and estimated it's track, plus the forecast
at that time saying it would go through the Midlands and be light rain
getting into East Anglia. I thought the heavy stuff would glance to the
west of Chelmsford. Should have done my time lapse ruler on the screen job!
