As summers go, that one was minging.
May was lovely, then it seemed to be autumn ... which season

Same here in Moray, except that May was pretty awful too. April
was fine, and there was a warm day about the end of June. The
autumn nip in the air arrived on 23 August, which is a bit later
than some years.
