im not a tree expert, but its obvious the various species drop leaves at
different times
some start in aug, some in novemeber.
same for spring, some start leafing in feb some dont get going till may/june

Silver Birch yellow leaves falling gently this afternoon with no breeze.
Enough on the lawn for me to think it was odd as it has been fairly wet
here.
