Total rain 14 mm, setting in ~10/2330Z SEP, ceased by 11/0200Z SEP,
but the heavy phase (and it woke me up too) seemed to be from 2330Z to
just before 0100Z. I was expecting to hear a crack of thunder, but
nothing and this confirmed by the ATD returns.
