There was a genuine 0.3 mm here yesterday evening, both in the manual
gauge and in the Davis VP. I had checked the manual gauge yesterday
morning. The drizzle was quite wetting for at least three hours. Roads
were wet, not damp.

There was 0.3mm in St Albans as well and there was definitely some drizzle
for some time as I found out when I went out.
