There was a genuine 0.3 mm here yesterday evening, both in the manual
gauge and in the Davis VP. I had checked the manual gauge yesterday
morning. The drizzle was quite wetting for at least three hours. Roads
were wet, not damp.

Wasn't trying to suggest there wasn't some real drizzle ... merely
to point out this particular mini-flaw in tipping-bucket gauges.
