Oh yes we have! We can certainly do with the rain here, but as to the
amount and extent; I think it's a wait and see. "Prolonged torrential
rain" is not what the MetO are presently forecasting, but like I say,
let's see.

So many people out today! I think they've seen tomorrow's forecast and
they are making the best of what is probably the last weekend that has
anything like summer weather.

Well, excepting next Saturday (which could be yet another decent
Saturday, at least in the SE) it will be the last weekend with a
sensible amount of early-evening daylight until next February....
