Lawrence has never denied that there is a climate.
He has not even denied *climate change* that I have noticed (though you
don't mention that).

As I understand it, he has issues with puny humans being the cause of
pretty much anything aside of being a pain in the a*** to every other
species. A Gaia theorist perhaps (and yes, I know the author changed his
mind later).
