That's rather childish don't you think? I agree, that previously our
forecasts were little better than an "educated" guess but the new
forecasts
are created through my ongoing work with NOAA, thanks to the American
freedom of information and very talented individuals over the pond.

Perhaps Will could have put it more diplomatically!
However, I suppose *all* long range forecasts (including those from
professional forecasters) are in part guesswork.
Except any I may attempt as they are based on past figures with no manual
interpretation needed. :-))
