1800z: 12001KT 3800 HZ 1ST005 3SC018 6CI250 8.3/7.4 QFF 1016.3 rising.
After a promising sunny start the clag came rolling in from the midlands
between 1000-1030z. Thereafter the day was gloomy and grey with poor
visibility and the odd spit of drizzle in the wind. Shortly before sunset,
around 1600z, the lowest cloud started to break up and the vis improve
slightly.
