0900z: 16002KT 3000 BR 8ST002 8.1/7.7 QFF1018.3 rising.
Clear periods yesterday evening meant a swift temperature fall and fog.
Both lifted around 2130 as a bank of SC drifted over, the fog staying away
most of the rest of the night.
