Never had a snowflakeless year since moving to Haytor.
This year we have only had 3 days so far (all in January). More if one
includes sleet though. Just one day with snow lying more than half cover.
In 2007 we had 18 days "snow falling" but only two with snow lying more than
half cover and that was my least snowiest year since I started recording up
here in 2003. 2011 could take that spot sadly, but then we do still have
December.
