Default Penzance - Exceptionally mild night.

In the 24 hours to 09:00 this morning the minimum was 11.7 (recorded
at 09:00 today) and the max was 13.8C (in the early hours.)

Just how mild the night was can be seen at
http://www.nci-stives.org/weather/Cu...antage_Pro.htm where it was
also 13.8 in the early hours.

This November is getting more exceptional by the day. The lowest Max
so far this month is 12.1C on 7th.

The month is also unusual for the weakness of the weather systems. It
is currently the driest November on record, only 1.7mm here in the
last 5 days. The normal rainfall for November in Penzance is 145.4

All this after my coolest Summer, and coolest Autumn on record.
