Just how mild the night was can be seen athttp://www.nci-stives.org/weather/Current_Vantage_Pro.htmwhere it was
also 13.8 in the early hours.
This November is getting more exceptional by the day. The lowest Max
so far this month is 12.1C on 7th.
The month is also unusual for the weakness of the weather systems. It
is currently the driest November on record, only 1.7mm here in the
last 5 days. The normal rainfall for November in Penzance is 145.4
All this after my coolest Summer, and coolest Autumn on record.

Same here Graham. temp now 12.6C. min overnight 12.1C, but temps rose
to an amazing 13.2C in Teignmouth at 4.27. Many summer nights aren't
that warm. I also notice that the temp rose to 11C even on Dartmoor at
Haytor, just before dawn. Amazing, these cold westerlies! *))
