Default [WR]Very heavy rain shower - Romansleigh, N Devon
06 Dec 11: My initial post did not appear. To summarise, heavy shower
commenced soon after 1945 Z, becoming torrential around 2010 Z when a
maximum rain rate of 102 mm/hr was recorded...ceased by 2015 Z. 5 mm fell
between 1945 and 2015 Z, including 2.6 mm in 5 minutes (2006-2011 Z).

Further heavy shower 2035-2105 Z gave 3.5 mm. Total (since 0900 Z) 12.7 mm.
Day max of 7.8 C occurred at 2049 Z, now back down 6.9 with wind having
veered W to NW.
