Round here they tend to be one of two main sorts:

Road warriors dumping their KFC/McDonald junk food containers out of

White van men dumping the results of building work because they cannot
be bothered to take it to the tip. Flytipping instead.

Both groups are typically right wing selfish individuals who care
nothing for the countryside and throw rubbish out of their vehicle
without a second thought. I would put the VAT back on take away food
to pay for street cleaning!

No but as you contemptuously call them 'White Van Man ' do acctually
work-well some of them.

The behavioural standards have fallen due to muddle headed indulgences
of bad behaviour. I mean the **** that dumped the babies mattress
oustside my house should be bleedin' shot.

You know when the BBC covers vicious dogs they call them status
symbols. What they should call them are animals owned by thick dense
idiots who give nothing to society but misery. All indulged by the
left because they can't tell the truth and have an infinite capacity
to lie about reality.

It's the social marxist tinged judges and politicians that now say its
permissable to kill someone and only receive maybe ten years -unless
of course its percieved as this idiotic term a hate crime. Then you
