Default [WR] Chester heavy snow

11Z onwards snow shower 3 miles east of Chester, altitude 25m.

Startring to stick to grass but not the wet roads. Hawarden reporting
2/1 and light snow showers, Liverpool Airport 2/1, Manchester Airport
