This is a great shame and I echo the sentiments re Paul's health.

I remember well the anticipation as one waited for Paul to issue his winter
forecast in November and the interesting dialogue between Will and Paul. Of
course this was over ten years ago and before this group became denuded of
guys who knew their onions and imparted that knowledge without rancour.
