Clayton, hope you don't mind but I played with the photo too, it is such a
beautiful and I never thought about cutting any of it out. But it was a
good suggestion only for me, I would like to see more of the foreground.
Topaz Adjust is also a good plug in.

Here's the end result of a gloomy, cloudy day in Toronto. The cloud
cover started to break up, in the late afternoon, so I darted up to
our roof deck, and took this shot of the sunset, with the view of the
Toronto skyline from our roof.

Deleting most of the black foreground would make it excellent.
