RMK: Cloud continuing to fragment/disperse through past hour: fine
morning to come, if jolly chilly! Wind ocnl F5 during past 15 mins or
so. Total cloud cover 4 oktas.
[ OVERNIGHT DATA (18Z - 09Z):
screen min: 02.9 grass min: 01.6 precipitation: 14.1mm
other data: although not checking continuously, random observation
through the night did not reveal any sleet or snow in PPN. Despite the
high rainfall, much of which fell late evening/early hours,
hard-surfaces are drying rapidly in low RH (~65% at the moment), with
many such virtually dry.]=

RMK: Wind ocnl F5; The SC (stratocumulus) just an isolated, distant
'bar' to northeast; the cirrus (CI) varying from very fine to locally

RMK: Going to be a cold one tonight! No other cloud in the sky - all
hard surfaces now bone dry=
