It may be that your cache is not updating ... access the page and then
click the refresh button may help (as your post is via OE I am assuming
you browse with IE).

My webcam is on European time, as is my web server, situated as it is in
Germany (the server not the cam lol). So yes, it is an hour adrift from
my local time.
