It may be that your cache is not updating ... access the page and then
click the refresh button may help (as your post is via OE I am assuming
you browse with IE).

My webcam is on European time, as is my web server, situated as it is in
Germany (the server not the cam lol). So yes, it is an hour adrift from my
local time.

Thank you Gianna. Refreshing did the trick, and I understand the
correspondence now. I do not know why I needed to refresh, since this was
the first time that I had accessed your site. The wonders of computer
software remain a mystery to me!

It looks as if I was not the only one confused by your time display.
