Funny - I noticed that too on the image that Mike posted. What are they up
to in the steel works?

If it wasn't for the fact that it is in Port Talbot, I would have
suggested that it was a holiday cottage that was being targeted. :-)

Perhaps is is just their Christmas decorations.
