I have a feeling Philip Eden has this or similar in his excellent
library. Maybe if you are nice to him..........

You should be able to get that information form the Met Office
library.

It implies on that web page you have to visit them in Exeter which is
rather far from Crosby, but I have found that they will scan the pages
you want and then email them to you. The department to contact is
probably the Archive,
