I think therein lies the problem. Your time zone is set to European time,
but you are posting with GMT in the headers. Thus the news servers (or
local PCs) are correcting by subtracting an hour and all your posts have
times an hour behind others.
If you set your clock to European time (in line with time zone), then that
problem would disappear.
In the interests of science (: I have just reset TZ and clock to CET and
the time as I type is 13:43 on this computer (12:43 local).
Does this solve the 'problem'?
I will still need to change it back to GMT after I have posted this.
