Rmks: Snow has been falling for most of the night, but rate of thawing has
exceeded fresh accumulation since 2300. Snow depth is currently 3 cm (max
4.5 cm at 2300) with slushy despoits on hard surafces. 7.8 mm rain
equivalent since 2100 and a total of 14.2 mm in the last 24 hours. Min 0.3,
grass min -0.3.

30/1500 Z Jan 12: E F2 2000M SN 7ST004 8SC015 1.0/0.6 1023
Rmks: Snow has been falling for much of the day, moderate again now, but a
continued thaw of lying snow has occurred through the day - down to 90
percent cover at 1 cm depth - ground extremely soggy. Lying snow line seems
to be at around 170 metres. Max 1.1, rain (09-15) 1.3 mm.

30/1650 Z Jan 12: ESE F2 900M SN VV/// 0.4/0.0 1023
Rmks: Snow is settling again on grass/roof, with some slushy deposits
appearing on hard surfaces. Depth of 1 cm in the enclosure, but 3 cm remains
in those fields around which are slightly higher (200-210 m).
