It doesn't seem to feature on the latest chart, but it's quite possible.
All it means is that the pressure is a bit lower somwhere than it is
everywhere surrounding that point. But if the pressure of the "Low" is
high in absolute terms and not that much lower than the surroundings,
it's unlikely to have any great impact on the weather.
