Watching a pristine layer of snow, slowly melt away before the cold air

12cm of snow followed by 36 hours of temperatures between 0.5c and
3.5c, it's become very dirty, drippy anw wet! I am still happy that
the drifts and the ditches full of snow will remian for some
considerable time to come at these temperatures. Would be nice to see
a frost again though, and maybe lose the fog for a few minutes.
