Yes, February back to it's normal self, after a two week cold spell,
mild weather returns.

What's near-normal, really? Within 0.5C, or 1.0C of the mean? Unlikely
for the CET, unless it is record-breakingly mild in the coming mT air
- but there really is some very mild air on the way next week.
