When I lived in the Bracknell area, winters were dire, especially in the
1990s, sometimes you'd go a whole winter and not see a single flake of snow.
At least that doesn't happen on Dartmoor! I know what is going to happen, in
a few years I'll move back up north and then the SW will be hit by the
"blizzard of the century" I can see it now. :-)

I'll try the same rain dance I did in the "Crowthorne desert" days, um ah
omni pom, um ah omni pom, actually I'd better be careful, don't need any
more rain on dartmoor :-)
