Hi, Keith

Something similar is stated at the KNMI-ste, talking about high SST. In the
summer of 1995 the SST of the North Sea was very high resulting in heavy
showers during atumn, particularly in the Dutch coastal area's.

Maybe this also explains the heavy rain in NE Spain, Southern France and
Southern Italy; as the SST of the Mediterranean is extremely high.
