summer of 1995 the SST of the North Sea was very high resulting in heavy
showers during atumn, particularly in the Dutch coastal area's.


I wonder what correlation there is between hot summers and wet autumns.
We all know autumn 1976 was very wet but what about other autumns
following hot summers?
