That's a standard reply and means nothing except "You may
eventually get a reply". Whether or not that reply addresses or even
admits to the problem is another matter. You're asking a corporate
entity to admit it is less than perfect and, what's more, to do
something about it. They don't like that, especially from non-steak
keyholders.
