Hi, All,
Still no 20C since May, just 63hr sun this month after 73hr in June and a
near gale yesterday. Max 10min 33KT and gusting to 50mph.
Haymaking has been abandoned this year for many in Teesdale and my veg.
garden looking as it would in early June (will I get a crop this year?).
Away to re-erect the bean poles now, just three snapped so far, and cut the
grass yet again before the threatened rain arrives. The grass is loving it.
Our day will come. Thank-you Bradley! Cycling was my teenage sport passion

It's tough up north!
Currently 20.1C even at the NCI station on top of the Island at St. Ives. Anyone who knows the area will know it's effectively a small Cape, sticking out into St Ive's Bay, almost suurounded by sea.
