Rmks: SIG difference between rainfall recorded by AWS (25.8 mm) and 5" gauge
(31.6 mm) overnight, much of the difference probably occurred during the
spell of very heavy rain just after midnight.

Rmks: Max 14.4. Another 0.6 mm before 0900 Z, giving a 0900-0900 total of
38.2 mm and an event total of 43.9 mm.
