[OBS] Romsey - Thursday 22nd November 2012
The clouds filled in after 1300Z except for a slither of blue on the
southeastern horizon that lasted for another hour. It felt very mild
in the earlier sunshine despite the wind and no rain has fallen since
0900Z.
After a slight reduction, the wind has regained strength, frequently
reaching a steady force 6 in the past half hour and culminating in
a spike of 40kt at 1428Z.
A nicely timed pass from an aircraft flirting with the base of the
Cu has made estimation of cloud heights easier than normal.
