Default [OBS] Romsey - Thursday 22nd November 2012

My afternoon entertainment of watching the gasworks barricades
blowing over was spoilt somewhat by a foreman displaying some
intelligence, draping sandbags meant for flood prevention of the
trench across the foot of each barricade to stabilise it. All very
well until it rains!

There's no rain yet to report but the wind is still audible, with a
peak gust so far of 43kt at 1608Z which is certainly nothing out
of the ordinary for November.
