RMK: A pleasant bright morning with a few short intervals of sunshine.
The cloud thickened from the north in the middle of the day and
slight rain started around 1345z. The rain became moderate
around 1500z. Max temp 7.4. There's been some nuisance
flooding on the roads around here but our location on a dome
of limestone makes for good drainage.
