Rainfall total for the past 7 days is 98.5 mm. For the month of
November to date the total is 122.7 mm. This is bang on the ELTA
for the whole month so not an exceptional month here. The rainfall
total for the year to date is 1354.2 mm. That's 120% of the ELTA

I make your ELTA 1128.5mm, which is actually similar to Penzance (1140mm
1961-1990, or 1218.6mm 1981-2010) probably the only element of the climate
here that is similar with yours!

Yes, with some help from Philip Eden, the ELTA here is 1127 mm for the 30-year
period 1981-2010.

YTD 1194.5mm, a long way from my wettest years, 1544mm in 2000 & 1512 in 2002.

Sunshine for the 1st 10 months 1336.2 (over the moors 4 miles NW at Bosullow)
which is distinctly dull for here, 85-90% of normal, no long term records to
be more precise.

I don't have any long-term sunshine records but I suspect that this year will
be amongst the least sunny over a long period of time. I'll be interested to
read what Graham in Weston Conyey has to say at the end of the year. He has
experienced a similarly sunless year.
