RMK: Sunny intervals and patchy fog till early afternoon when
an easterly breeze set in. That cleared the fog and there's been
a bit more sunshine since then. It's not much of a breeze but it's
bitter. Max temp -0.6. That's the first day this winter with a day max
below 0 deg but it's unlikely that it'll end up a 09-09z ice day.
