Mild at 4c Will? I call that benignly cold, or the cold side of cool.

Mild to me is 8c = Temp = 12C.

It's always puzzled me how 7C can feel very cold in December or January
but I can go out in my shirt-sleeves at 6am in July and 7C feels just "fresh".
