Default Orographically induced precipitation

I've just checked the radar, whilst the real rain is moving east just to the south (you can see it falling out to sea) the blob over the tip of Cornwall is remaining stationary, as it does when it's a 'false' echo.

The rain has just started properly in Penzance (16:15)
