RMK: Continuous slight to moderate rain till about 1500z. Dry
but cloudy since then. There was a strong S'ly wind for a time
ahead of the front this morning but since the front went through
there's been only a breeze. Max temp 9.1 just before the front
went through at 0910z. It dropped 2 deg sharply behind the front
and since then it has been very gradually easing down through
the day.
